Chris Johnson
Chris Johnson is an international speaker, thought leader and best-selling author. He is on a mission to inspire people to take small steps to healthy living through his signature REST EAT MOVE system. As Founder and CEO of On Target Living, Chris works with organizations to transform their performance by educating, engaging and inspiring teams around the world.
Chris graduated from Michigan State University with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics from Western Michigan University. He holds certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise.
David Chinsky
David Chinsky is the Founder of the Institute for Leadership Fitness, author of The Fit Leader’s Companion: A Down-to-Earth Guide for Sustainable Leadership Success, and creator of the Fit Leader’s Program™ and Fit Leaders Academy, experiences that prepare leaders for careers marked by sustained contribution.
David holds his Bachelor’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of Michigan, his Master’s degree from the University of Illinois and his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. David has been awarded the highly coveted Certified Speaking Professional designation by the National Speakers Association, and has earned his professional coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation.
